Steve Distante

Steve Distante has been an entrepreneur since the age of six, growing from a curious kid with big ideas into a farmer, impact investor, and the Chairman and Founder of Vanderbilt Financial Group: an innovative firm dedicated to sustainable and socially responsible investing.

His passion for empowering entrepreneurs led him to create the Pitchology Series, a three-book collection consisting of Pitchology, Once Upon a Time in Entrepreneurland, and the children’s edition of Once Upon a Time in Entrepreneurland. Together, these books help founders and future founders communicate their ideas with authenticity, creativity, and purpose.

Steve is also a filmmaker, keynote speaker, and United Nations SDG ambassador whose life’s work centers on uplifting mission-driven leaders. He believes entrepreneurship is a powerful vehicle for change and is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages use it to shape a better world.
